Worqsmart is proud to announce the release of eAuthorize 5.3 which will use the POST method to send transactions to Authorize.net. This update is in response to changes made by the gateway.
To improve security, Authorize.net now requires the use of the POST method to send transactions from your computer to the internet gateway for processing. The POST method is considered a more secure way to send transactions than those sent by the GET method. As of July 30, 2016 all GET transactions will be rejected by the gateway.
How does this affect you? eAuthorize 5.2 (and earlier) were designed to use the GET method. If you are using any previous version of eAuthorize AND are using the Authorize.net gateway, we recommend you upgrade to eAuthorize 5.3 to continue processing your transactions without interruption.
